Diets that are vegetarian and vegan may reduce cholesterol levels We’re monitoring research

According to recent study, eating largely plant-based diets may lessen the dangerous fat levels in the blood. Researchers combined the findings from 30 experiments published over the previous 40 years, totaling roughly 2,400 participants. All participants were randomized at random to consume either an omnivore diet, which included both meat and dairy products, or a vegetarian diet, which included dairy and eggs but no meat. The diets were followed for an average of 29 weeks.
